1:1 Restore & Perform Sessions

Personalised Movement Therapy for Your Body

Your 1:1 session is a fully tailored experience designed around you and your body,  any injuries, movement limitations, and lifestyle.

Each session may include:

  • Movement assessment and posture analysis
     
  • Guided mobility and stretching
     
  • End-range strength and stability work
     
  • Trigger point and self-release techniques
     
  • Breathwork and nervous system reset
     
  • Strength integration for real-life performance
     

This is ideal if you:

  • Have pain, stiffness, or recurring injuries
     
  • Are returning to training after time off or surgery
     
  • Want to move better for running, cycling, gym, or sport
     
  • Sit a lot or feel tight and restricted

Group Restore and Perform Classes

Small Group Training for Strength, Mobility & Longevity

These small group sessions (max 3–4 people) combine mobility, strength, and movement quality in a supportive, focused environment. 

Each session includes:

  • Grounding and breathwork
     
  • Joint mobility and flexibility work
     
  • Strength for stability and injury prevention
     
  • Balance, coordination, and movement control
     
  • Functional strength for everyday life and sport
     

Perfect for:

  • Ongoing maintenance after 1:1 sessions
     
  • Staying pain-free and mobile
     
  • Building strength without high-impact training
     
  • Active adults who want to move well long-term

Investment: 

These classes run per term (approx 8 weeks) Classes are $32 per session or $256 per 8 week term.
