Brad Bullock

About Brad

What makes Brad unique is that he has over 25 years of competitive cycling, swimming, running and triathlon experience. During his career he has competed in many different road races, mountain bike and adventure races, sprint, Olympic, Half Ironman and Ironman Triathlon distances, competing in the Hawaiian Ironman World Championships in 2011. And he still competes to this day.

Brad has more than a decade of experience massaging. His passion for movement, injury prevention, injury management and maintenance, and self-improvement stems from his personal experience as a competitive triathlete over the years. Brad skillfully uses all his professional knowledge and years of experience to tailors his treatments to each client needs.

By using a variety of techniques including dry needling, cupping, trigger point therapy, myofascial release therapy, deep tissue and therapeutic massage, neuromuscular facilitation stretching and hot and cold therapies, Brad treats a wide range of conditions and injuries including: headaches, chronic back and neck pain, repetitive strain injuries and other work and sport-related injuries.

As a personal trainer, he understands the importance of work/life/family/training balance. His training philosophy is to learn about his client. He respects that not every client responds to the same methods: like repetition, some get bored, some need individual sessions and some excel in group sessions. Brad takes the time and makes the effort to learn what motivates you, what your strengths and weaknesses are and he is driven to help you improve your life and achieve your goals.

Brad is also an experienced personal trainer and is a Level 1 triathlon coach. He has coached athletes off the coach, to their first marathon and even to the Hawaiian Ironman Triathlon. He is genuinely committed to helping all of his clients and athletes achieve the best out of their bodies whilst remaining injury free.

When Brad is not focused on his clients and athletes he loves surfing, jiu jitsu, cooking and taking his Border Collie to the beach.  You can find him most Saturdays at his local Park Run, browsing the local markets and bbqing with friends and loved ones.

Book in today with Brad and experience his passion for life, remedial massage and getting the best out people just like you.
